THRIVE – How to thrive through the Menopause

A 6-week programme running Monday 19th April – Monday 24th May 2021

Programme Overview

THRIVE is aimed at women who are experiencing perimenopause, or may think they are or those who are experiencing the full menopause. Over the 6-week programme we will share with you the facts about the menopause; we will share our own personal stories and what we have done to thrive through the menopause; we will give you hints and tips on how to spot the symptoms of the menopause and then how to manage those symptoms.

THRIVE will be interactive, informative and practical. You will be working with a group of women in the same situation – you can support one another through your stories, in confidence, and can feel comfortable that you will be heard.

On registering for THRIVE, participants will be sent a one page questionnaire so that Emma and Jeanette can gain a better understanding of where you are in your menopausal journey. This information will be confidential and not shared with anyone other than your facilitators.

Programme Schedule
All sessions will be held over Zoom (link will be provided) at 19.30, lasting one hour. Recordings will be available for recap or if you are unable to attend a session, however, participants are encouraged to attend all sessions in person to benefit from the full experience of working with other ladies facing similar challenges to yourself.

During the 6-weeks you will be invited to schedule your free 30 minute 1:1 call with both Emma and Jeanette. We recommend these are towards the middle/end of the programme so that you can discuss what other support you may need or how what you have learnt has impacted you. During these sessions you will be encouraged to think about the goals you will want to set as a result of attending THRIVE.

Payment
The cost of the entire 6-week programme, including the additional 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions with both Jeanette and Emma is £195.00 per person, payable before the commencement of the programme on 19th April 2021.

Your confidentiality
As we will be discussing issues of a personal and sensitive nature and encouraging you to share your experiences openly with the group, your confidentiality is of the upmost importance to us. We will take the following steps to safe guard your privacy:

  • Any personal data that you share with Phoenix Wellness Coaching or Emma Fitness will be bound by our respective Privacy Statements which can be found at www.phoenixwellness.co.uk and www.emmafitness.co.uk
  • Any session recordings will only be shared within the private Facebook group that you will be admitted to upon registration and payment for THRIVE. The recordings will not be shared outside this group and will not be used for any other purposes.
  • Upon registering for THRIVE you will be admitted to a private Facebook group that will only be for participants of the programme. The group will not be visible to other users of Facebook so any personal stories cannot be accessed by people outside of the programme.
  • At the end of the programme, the Facebook group will remain open for 4 weeks before being archived. As members of the group you will continue to have access to the group even after it has been archived. The archived group will not be open to anyone outside the participants of THRIVE.
  • During the course of the sessions, and particularly in the 1:1 coaching sessions, Emma and Jeanette may take notes of the conversation. These will be used simply as an aide memoir to assist the facilitation of the conversation. These notes will be kept confidentially by Emma and Jeanette and will not be shared with anyone outside the client and facilitator.

Payment
The cost of the entire 6-week programme, including the additional 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions with both Jeanette and Emma is £195.00 per person, payable before the commencement of the programme on 19th April 2021.

An instalment plan is available with three payments of £65.00 each due on 18th February, 18th March and 18th April 2021 respectively.
