What is the Calm Retreat?
The Calm Retreat is the latest self-learning package designed by Phoenix Wellness Coaching.
It is designed with you at its heart; fitting your lifestyle, how you prefer to learn, how much time you have available and how much money you want to invest in you. This will be an investment in your future and the benefits will be felt by all of your family and friends – as you grow, they will not fail to notice and enjoy the difference.
The programme is designed with maximum flexibility and numerous options on how you can purchase the component parts of the package – you get to choose what will work best for you and on what you wish to focus. As a woman, I know that we like to have control, flexibility and choice so this is exactly how I have designed the Calm Retreat. You get the chance to shop for your learning in the same way that you would a new outfit – it’s such an exciting way to learn about yourself and make the changes that will enable you to have the life of your dreams. I have created so many different options that there is bound to be one that will fit your needs and will excite you.
What is the aim of the Calm Retreat?
The Calm Retreat has been brought together to highlight and support Stress Awareness Month. When you work through the Calm Retreat you will get a better understanding of:
- What situations trigger you to feel stressed.
- How stress impacts your physical and mental wellbeing.
- How to manage and control your stress levels using mindfulness and meditation.
The Calm Retreat is made up of four specially recorded videos, each with its own workbook enabling you to challenge yourself through self-reflection as you follow the journey. Each workbook focuses on a different aspect of stress and anxiety management, providing helpful tips and techniques to help you to develop a calmer way of living.
Plus you have the option to purchase a unique voice recording including four mindfulness and meditation exercises which you can practice alongside working through the main programme.
For those of you who may want to go deeper or better embed what you have learnt into your everyday life, then you can additionally add a 1:1 coaching session into the pack.
The options and choices are extensive and designed to give you what you need, when you need it.
By the end of the programme you will have developed greater self-awareness of how stress impacts your decisions and behaviours and those around you, so that you can manage yourself through stressful situations and regain your calm.
How do I get involved?
Here is the great thing about the Calm Retreat; you can make your own self-learning package based on what you want to learn. Of course for the maximum benefit I would recommend that you purchase all of the pack, but I know that as women we want choice and control over our learning journey so I am offering this to you. How do I register for The Calm Retreat?
You can register and start the Calm Retreat at any time that works for you after the package has been launched. The first pack – Introduction to Mindfulness – has already been released via YouTube (marked as private to ensure that only those clients who purchase the programme can have access) so if you went for the Pay as You Go Retreat, then you could access this as soon as you have made your payment.
Alternatively, the other parts of the Calm Retreat will be released during April which means you can start the programme as soon as you want to. Again this is about choice and meeting your needs, so you get to choose when and how you purchase the Calm Retreat as well as when and how you start your journey.
